Clark Fork - Brazilian S/N 031
This model is my interpretation of a slope shouldered dreadnaught. This Clark Fork - Brazilian Rosewood has a few more options than a normal Clark Fork Model.
The back and sides are made with a beautiful set of Brazilian Rosewood.
The top is an upgraded Red Spruce with an Abalone rosette; the peghead has a handcut Abalone logo, the ebony fingerboard has handcut Abalone inlay, and the side dots are Abalone.
The body has been bound with curly maple. The fingerboard and is bound with single white purfling line in addition to the curly maple. I also added ebony binding on top of the curly maple on the fingerboard.
In addition it has a curly maple end graft.
My sunburst finish is only on the top.
I finished off this instrument by adding ivory nut and ivory saddle.
