Gus S/N 039 Sunburst
This model is my own design. The guitar is available at my shop in Montana and is my Gus model.
It had an Englemann Spruce top, braced with red spruce and hide glue. It has Western Curly Maple back and sides, as well as a mahogany neck.
The body was bound with ivoroid. It has an ebony fingerboard with Abalone slotted cross inlay, an ebony bridge, Boxwood with black MOP dot bridge pins and end pin. It also has a bone nut/saddle and gold Waverly tuners with Ivoroid keys.
My sunburst finish is on the top, sides and back of the body. The back of the peghead is detailed with a highlighted dart (see photo).
